It’s shaping up to be a beautiful week in The District! Spring is here and the weather just keeps getting nicer. When the sun comes out our favorite neighborhood haunts are the fabulous beer gardens we have here in DC. Fun, casual and usually outdoors a beer garden is the perfect place to grab drinks with a friend after work. Drinking beer is even more fun when it comes in a boot!

One of our favorites is Dacha Beer Garden. Their Happy Hour runs for 4-7 Monday thru Thursday and serves up their beers in boots! Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Shaw it is the perfect place to relax outside. Check out their food menu for some delicious German classics like Bratwurst.

Takoda Restaurant & Beer Garden offers the perfect place to drink outdoors all year round with their removable windows and canopy system. Their horseshoe shaped bar on the roof deck is something you shouldn’t miss.

Garden District has the perfect mix of BBQ and German beers in DC. Head over there for a great outdoor dining experience on 14th St.

Looking for a place to watch a game? Biergarten Haus is your go to with a great happy hour special on beers and over 20 TV’s it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a game outside.

Wunder Garten has a casual friendly backyard environment with it’s picnic tables and lawn games. Located in NOMA it is a great place to relax and enjoy a beer after work!
